This user agreement integrates the terms and conditions for Gaadiwaale [Gaadiwaale Car Rentals] and its affiliated companies to offer services to the Users booking/searching any of the products and/ or services provided by Gaadiwaale by using either its website, mobile app, support center, agents, campaigns, etc. User and Gaadiwaale are referred to as 'party' in the agreement while collectively, they are referred to as 'parties'.

Thereby accessing or using Gaadiwaale’s website or using any of its offered services, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below, including any additional guidelines and future modifications. Gaadiwaale holds complete rights to change, modify, or remove any part of the underlying written Terms and Conditions without any prior notice. All rights and responsibilities of the User and/or Gaadiwaale with respect to any services to be provided by Gaadiwaale will be limited to the range of this agreement solely.
Gaadiwaale holds complete rights to conclude the access to any of its services at any point in time, without any prior notice, for any additional reason. Besides this agreement, the User has to understand and agree to the terms of use of such suppliers. Such terms of use will be provided and updated by Gaadiwaale and should be considered to be part of this agreement. The User should carefully read and accept the relevant terms of use for the services availed by him. Services of Gaadiwaale are offered to the User on the condition of accepting it without any modification. For removing any doubt, it is clarified that availing of the Services of Gaadiwaale simply means that the User has agreed to this Agreement and the terms and conditions. If the User does not agree with any part of it, he is not liable to avail Gaadiwaale’s Services.
By using Gaadiwaale’s website and mobile app, User permits Gaadiwaale and its agents to access third party websites, including Banks and other payment gateways, designated by them or on their behalf to proceed with the requested details. While registering, the User is liable to choose a unique password and maintain its privacy on his own. It is solely the duty of the User to intimate Gaadiwaale urgently in written in the situation of any arisen case of unauthorized use of the account or other security breach if occurred. Gaadiwaale shall not be held responsible for any losses that occurred due to unauthorized use of the user's password or account, if-else prior notified in writing.
